Ravensara (Ravensara aromatica) has a spicy, camphorous, warm scent, similar to eucalyptus but softer. The people of Madagascar refer to it as "the oil that heals."

It is antimicrobial and supports the nerves and respiratory system.

Ravensara scores 8,927 on the ORAC antioxidant scale.

Ravensara may help bronchitis, cholera, herpes, mono, insomnia, muscle fatigue, rhinopharyngitis, shingles, sinusitis, viral hepatitis, respiratory infections, cuts, viral infections and wounds.
