Peace & Calming Essential Oil Blend

Peace & Calming® is a gentle, fragrant blend. When diffused, it helps calm tensions and uplift the spirit, promoting relaxation and a deep sense of peace. When massaged on the bottoms of the feet, it can be a wonderful prelude to a peaceful night's rest.

Peace & Calming may be especially calming and comforting to young children after an overactive and stressful day.

The essential oils in this blend have historically been used to help calm, relax and quite the mind and spirit.

Ingredients:

• Tangerine (Citrus nobilis) – This oil is sedating and calming, helping with anxiety and nervousness due to the natural esters and aldehydes it contains.
• Orange (Citrus aurantium) – is elevating to the mind and body. Traditionally, orange oil was believed to bring joy, peace, and happiness to those who possessed it.
• Ylang ylang (Cananga odorata) – helps bring about a sense of relaxation and may help balance male and female energies. It balances equilibrium and inspires confidence and self-love.
• Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin) – The fragrance of patchouli reestablishes equilibrium while simultaneously quieting emotions and energizing the mind.
• Blue tansy (Tanacetum annuum) – This essential oil contains sesquiterpenes that can stimulate the pineal gland, which secretes the hormone melatonin, a hormone that enhances deep sleep. It also may help cleanse the liver and calm the lymphatic system, helping one to overcome anger and negative emotions, promoting a feeling of self-control.

How to use: For aromatic use. Diffuse in bedrooms, living areas and office. Apply to bottom of feet, wrists and outside of ears. Blend with V-6™ Enhanced Vegetable Oil Complex for a calming massage.

Possible skin sensitivity. If pregnant or under a doctor's care, consult your physician. Dilution not required; suitable for all but the most sensitive skin. Generally safe for children over 2 years of age.
