Hormone Imbalance-Low Progesterone? Try Progessence Plus Serum — 2 Comments

  1. HI!
I just started the Progressence Plus Serum but broke out with a small rash on my neck. Can I try it on bottom of feet to see if I’m not as sensitive there? Or, what other young living item would help with PMS/PMDD?
    Thank you,

  2. Jessica,

Yes, you can apply it to the bottom of your feet. I also get a rash on my neck and often use it on my feet.

You can also apply it over the large vein on the inside of your forearm from the wrist to the elbow. Not too close to the wrist, though, because the skin is thin there and may break out.

Some people say the rash is from chemicals left in the skin from skin products and medications that the oils are dissolving and causing to come up and out the skin. Some say its from sensitive skin. Hard to say. My rash lasted about a year, but then stopped. I can now apply the serum nearly anywhere and its OK.

PMS/PMDD are very related to the liver, so the liver products can be very helpful.

GLF is an excellent oil blend for the liver. So is Juva Cleanse oil and the supplement, JuvaTone (they work together).

Also make sure you are getting enough Omega 3 oils. Very important for women with these conditions.

Other oils that help women are Sclaressence Essential Oil, which helps balance female hormones naturally – mostly estrogen and progesterone.

Dragon Time™ is an old favorite. Many women say they can’t get through a period without it.
