H! I am thinkig of starting to make beauty products based on natural oils , natural herbs and natural ingrediens, then I came accross this page. do you have an idea on how to start?

It takes a great deal of education and experience (and tons of hard work) to produce quality beauty products based on natural oils, natural herbs and natural ingredients consistently. Most manufacturers either go to college for many years and get degrees in chemistry or work with someone that has as great deal of knowledge and experience in the field.
Perhaps you can start by looking for community college courses that offer evening or weekend classes. At the least, get a few books from the library or Amazon on the subject and see if it is something you can realistically pursue.
Realize that there is more to it than just producing the products. Once you make the products, you need to sell them, and that requires another, entirely different set of skills. You'll also need to run a company, and that again, is another huge undertaking in itself.
If you only plan on selling your products at local farmer's markets, not so much is demanded of you, compared to growing a large company that has to comply with government regulations, keeping up manufacturing standards, hiring employees, covering payroll and benefits, marketing and keeping ahead of the competition. And that's just a few of the things you'll have to deal with.
